Ashley Kenitzer has lived in Pleasanton for over 35 years and has an extensive knowledge of the Tri-Valley area, specifically all Pleasanton neighborhoods and schools. Ashley has always had a passion for Real Estate and understands what makes living in the Tri-Valley so unique and special.

Raising three children with her husband, Bryan, and working with the Pleasanton Unified School District, she understands the importance of education and school selection.

Service is at the heart of what drives Ashley. She has been a licensed agent for over 15 years and has worked with Blaise Lofland at Dutra Realty, Prudential California Realty and Alain Pinel Realtors. She is excited to have recently rejoined the Blaise Lofland Real Estate Group now at Keller Williams Tri-Valley “Luxury International.”

Her work experience includes recruiting, marketing, and real estate sales. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Brigham Young University. Her education and work experience have given her the opportunity to hone her skills in all stages of the real estate process. She loves working with people and has a genuine interest in helping them.
